I'm really worried because I've had this small white spot on my left tonsil for about three months now, and it just won't go away even after taking antibiotics. There's no pain, but should I be concerned about it not disappearing? What could it be?

I'm really struggling with tinnitus and I'm desperate to find a solution. It's been about 4 months now and I've already tried Otocap, Goonj Forte, Lecope, and Cefakind 250, but they only helped reduce the sound by about 50%. My tinnitus started from depression, high blood pressure, and constipation. I'm curious if there's any doctor in India who's successfully treated someone with tinnitus and they fully recovered. I've been dealing with this really painful and persistent issue where the inside of my right nostril is dried out and raw and it just won't heal. It's been ongoing for about 8 months now and I've even been to the ER twice. I've tried everything from antibiotics to all the natural remedies I could think of like humidifiers, ice, heat packs, vaseline, coconut oil, saline spray, pain medications, and even steam, but nothing seems to work. The pain is worse than anything I've experiencedeven worse than childbirth. I'm super worried. What else could be causing this problem?
