I'm trying to make sense of this histopathology report that mentioned "necrotising epithelioid cell granulomas of myco bacterial etiology." What does that mean exactly? Should I be worried about it? Just looking for some clarity on what this might mean for my health.

My mom is 58 and shes been dealing with asthma. Lately, she's having a hard time even walking just a few steps without losing her breath and starting to pant. She says she feels chest pain every now and then too. Im really worried about her. Is there something we can do to help or treat these issues?
