I'm worried because I got a burn near my ankle from a bike silencer about a week ago. It's not swollen or blistered, but the skin is dark red and it feels stretched. It doesn't hurt, but it feels dry and itchy sometimes. Now there's a mark where the burn was. I bought Sofinox cream thinking it might help with the burn mark, but I'm not sure if it's the right thing to use. Could you suggest a better cream to help remove this mark?
