Question

I'm worried because I was using an earbud to clean my ear, and some of the cotton got stuck inside. I managed to pull some of it out with tweezers, but not all of it. Then I tried putting a couple of drops of Soliwax in my ear. Will this help, or should I be doing something else to ensure my ear is okay?

I've been dealing with nasal congestion for about a year now, and it's been really bothersome. When I try to do alom vilom, I notice my nostrils feel blocked and it's hard to breathe properly. Plus, I've been experiencing some inflammation around the edges of my throat whenever I swallow. I've been feeling really weak and I think it's because I'm not getting enough oxygen. What should I do?
