Question
Is it true that 90% of our lungs can get damaged just from carbon molecules without them even doing anything? I'm kind of worried about what this means for overall lung health and how we can protect ourselves from this damage. Any advice on how we can prevent this or keep our lungs in better shape?

Yes ,Carbon monoxide can cause lung damage by preventing oxygen from reaching the blood-stream.
