I've been dealing with an allergic bronchial cough for the past 12 years. It tends to get really bad during the winter months, and this time it kicked off around November. I usually dont find much relief with medicines or inhalers, but I tried Ascoril plus syrup recently, and surprisingly, there's been some improvement. I'd say the cough is about 50% better, and I'm hoping it continues to help. I've been taking 10 ml of it, three times a day, for the last three days. Im just a bit worried about how long I can safely continue to use this medicine and what the proper dosage should be. Also, I've noticed some tremors in my hands after starting it. Can you provide guidance on this?

I'm really worried about my dad; hes been in the ICU for 12 days now with this new type of pneumonia the doctors mentioned. There's still no improvement in his condition, and hes on a ventilator to support his breathing. It all started with a cough and a fever, so we thought it was swine flu and took him to the hospital, but the swine flu test was negative, and his heart seems fine. I've been dealing with a mild pain in my right chest for the past three months, and I'm starting to worry. I don't have a cough or anything serious like that, but for some reason, I've gotten in the habit of exhaling this white mucus from my right lung and spitting it out, like, over 200 times a day. It feels like I can't stop this habit without feeling a kind of burning sensation in my lung, like something's there and it starts acting up. The mucus is pure white, not bloody, sometimes even gel-like. Could this be causing the chest pain? Should I be worried about this habit?

I'm noticing this unusual sound coming from my left lung when I breathe deeply, and it makes my left side vibrate. It goes away after I cough, but I'm still concerned. I've had three X-rays and those came back normal. I also did spirometry, and that was normal too. I'm a smoker, and my recent hemoglobin level was 17.90, RBS was 5.81, and PCV was 51.80. Is this something I should be worried about? Am I okay?
