I've been dealing with this annoying lower back pain for the last 23 days. It's strange because it doesn't hurt when I'm walking or sleeping, but it really bothers me when I sit down. Could you recommend any medicine or treatment that might help with this?

It's really tough because I can't sit for long periods and any jerking motion makes it worse, even small movements are painful. The pain is now spreading to my legs, and I occasionally get a fever when it's bad. My MRI results showed a disc bulging at L5S1, nerve compression, lumbar lordosis, and acute angulation of the coccyx. I'm 31 years old and would really appreciate some advice on a suitable long-term solution or medication.
