Question

I've been dealing with a constant, light phlegm in my throat for about 4 months now. It all started back during the beginning of the coronavirus lockdown when I used a tissue between my kerchief and nose for 2 days while on duty. By the third day, I had chest and throat pain, and the phlegm got worse. I've stopped using tissues, but the phlegm issue didn't go away. I visited a couple of medical shops, but the medicines they gave me like Amoxycillin, Intase Incoff Forte, Histan B, Kuffdryl, and Amorax didnt really help. Now, apart from those first two days, I havent had any chest or throat pain, no sneezes or runny nose. It's just that the phlegm keeps coming, and sometimes I have to cough it up and spit it out almost every minute. Its not thick or green. What could be causing this, and what should I do?
