I've been dealing with a rash around my butt cheek for the past week. It's itching a lot and there are spots that make it look like burnt skin. It's really bothering me. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

I've got these rashes down near the bottom part of my testis and on my thighs close to my private area. I can't figure out what caused it or what ointment I should use, if any.
