I've been dealing with severe itching around my panty lines, and I'm seeing these round ring-shaped boils. The skin around the itchy area is also turning darker. I've been trying to keep it dry, and this has been going on for about 2 weeks now. I'm using SURFAZSN cream, and if I skip applying it, things just get worse. Can you help me figure out what's happening and what I should do?
