Question
I've been dealing with stomach flu and have been on medication like rcifax 50, enbios, and rablet for about a week. I'm still having loose stools along with bloating and gas. How much longer do you think it'll take to feel better? And what kind of food should I be eating to speed up the recovery?

It can take around 1-2 weeks to fully recover from stomach flu. In addition to the medications you are already taking, you can also consider taking probiotics like Enterogermina to help restore the balance of good bacteria in your gut. For faster recovery, you should focus on eating bland and easily digestible foods such as bananas, rice, applesauce, toast (BRAT diet), boiled potatoes, clear broths, and drinking plenty of fluids like water, herbal teas, and electrolyte-rich drinks. Avoid spicy, fatty, and dairy-rich foods until your symptoms improve.
