I've been using adapero mixed with nioclean for my pimples and scars, and it was working so well at first, my scars were actually fading. But then I found out I shouldn't be in the sun too much while using these. I spent a day at the beach, and now the areas where my skin was healing look really dark, almost black where the pimples and scars were. What can I do to fix this? I've been struggling with hair fall for about 8 years now, and I've lost most of the hair on the top of my headit's mostly just the sides left. I've just started taking keraglo men tablets and evion capsules, and I'm using Dabur Amla oil for scalp massages. Do you think this will actually help my hair grow back? I'm really worried and just want to know if I'm on the right track or if there's something else I should be doing.
