Question

I've been diagnosed with TB lymphadenitis and I'm a bit confused about my medication routine. Right now, I take Rcnex in the morning, then Ethambutol after breakfast, and Pyrazinamide after lunch. Initially, my fever was quite constant, and I had to take four paracetamol tablets a day, but now I just need one. I'm worried because a drug sensitivity test wasn't done. Is this the right way to be taking my meds, and how many days should it usually take for the fever to go away? Also, should I be considering a biopsy anytime soon?
