I've been experiencing an intermittent fever just during the day and some body aches. It started on Monday, then I was fine on Tuesday, but now it's back on Wednesday and today. What's possibly causing this pattern and what should I do about it?

I've been feeling a bit off since this morning. I had a sore throat for a couple of days but did some morning gurgling with Glycoceptol and it seemed to do the trick. But now I've got this body ache that disappeared pretty quickly after I got up, and I'm left with a mild headache and feeling a bit feverish. It doesn't seem like the fever's even hitting 99 F. Should I be concerned or just wait it out?

I'm experiencing a lot of excess heat in my body, and it's causing a bunch of side effects like loose motions, a really strong smell during urine and bowel movements, and burning sensations in my throat and when I pee. Can I drink coconut water if I have a fever? Im currently dealing with a fever of 103, along with a cough and sore throat, and I'm not really feeling like eating anything. Would having coconut water help, or could it make my cough and sore throat worse?
