Question

Ive been experiencing pain when I breathe or sneeze, and I've visited several doctors without finding any relief. I decided to get an ultrasound, and the results showed a pleural effusion of 300-400ml. I'm quite worried and unsure of what steps to take next. Can anyone offer some guidance on what this means and what I should do?
