Question

I've been experiencing throat pain for the past 34 days and it's not getting any better. It's really uncomfortable when I'm eating, sleeping, and even just breathing. I'm starting to worry about what might be causing it. What could this be and what should I do about it?

I'm having this issue where I'm producing a lot of saliva while I'm sleeping, and it feels like my mouth and windpipe are just drying out, so I'm constantly having to swallow.
