I've been experiencing this weird gut feeling in my throat lately, but there's no pain or irritation. I'm kind of wondering if I should be worried about it or if it's nothing serious. Do I need to see a doctor right away?

Question

I hurt myself while jumping in a play arena, trying to do flips. I ended up landing awkwardly, and my knees were really close to my nose, which I think led to some impact. I started bleeding from my nose right after. A few people around helped me out, and the swelling from the impact disappeared after a bit.
