Question
I've been experiencing this weird thing where my ears get really hot and red. It seems to happen mostly when I eat meat or chicken, but sometimes it just happens out of nowhere. I'm not sure what's causing it, and it's starting to worry me a bit. Any ideas on what might be going on?

The symptoms of reddening and hot ears, especially after consuming meat and chicken, may indicate an allergic reaction, food intolerance, or histamine sensitivity; consider consulting an allergist or immunologist to rule out conditions like histamine intolerance, and try keeping a food diary to track triggers, while also exploring over-the-counter antihistamines or natural remedies like quercetin.
