Question

I've been feeling some pain just below my Adam's apple when I eat or drink lately. It's been going on for a few days now, and I'm starting to worry about what it could be. Is there a chance this might be some kind of cancer, or could it be something else?

I'm feeling a bit worried about some symptoms I've been experiencing, and I could really use your advice. Lately, I've been noticing a pressure in my ears and a popping sound in my eustachian tube whenever I swallow. There's no pain involved, but there's this weird globus sensation in my throat that's painless too. On top of that, my nose feels clogged like it's dripping, and sometimes I get acid reflux. I've already checked for COVID, and the test came back negative, so I'm just curious if all these could be related somehow?

I'm experiencing really intense pain on one side of my face and I've just started swimming. It began with a slight cold but has gotten way worse over the last couple of days. Could you suggest any immediate medication that might help? I'm planning on seeing the doctor tomorrow, but until then, any advice would be great. I've tried taking steam but it only helped a little bit and the pain is still really bad.

I'm dealing with regular throat infections and I'm not sure what I should stay away from or what I should eat on a daily basis to help with it. Are there any medicines or maybe some kind of chewables or syrups that I should consider using regularly? I'm really looking for some advice on how to manage this.
