I've been on Flagyl 400 for the past three days after my gastroenterologist prescribed it, but now my sore throat's gotten worse, especially when I eat. Could this be because of the Flagyl? What should I do about the sore throat?

I've tried different PPIs and regularly see my gastroenterologist, but my symptoms always seem to come back just a week or two after stopping the meds.
