Question

I've been getting this weird mark that looks like a hickey on my neck. It's shown up three times in the exact same spot since last fall. The thing is, I know it's definitely not a hickey, and it doesn't itch or hurt. I'm pretty nervous because I haven't done anything that might cause it. I'm 39 and in decent health, and even using hydrocortisone cream hasn't helped. It's hard to see a doctor because by the time I get an appointment, it disappears. It just pops up out of nowhere. What do you think might be going on?
