I've been having this breathing problem where I get kind of wheezy when I walk for a while, and it seems to get worse in the winter. It's been going on for about a year now. I'm having trouble breathing all day and it's making me really anxious. I've had issues with acid reflux and anxiety before, and I'm getting treatment for them, but yesterday my breathing got worse. I couldn't sleep all night because of it. I don't have a history of asthma or cold or chest pain, but I feel like I'm not getting enough oxygen through my mouth and nose. It's super frustrating, and even yawning feels difficult. I did an echo and an ECG last month and both were normal. Could you help me figure out what's going on?
