Question

I've been having these concerning symptoms lately and I'm not sure what's going on. I was sleeping and suddenly woke up feeling dizzy, short of breath, and with some gas problems that caused a prickling pain in my chest. After that, I couldn't sleep and my body feels really weak, and the dizziness hasn't gone away. I looked it up on Google and came across GERD and acid reflux, which have similar symptoms. Could you help me figure out what this might be?

I'm a bit concerned because I've been taking rabeprazole and domperidone for a couple of months now, but I haven't really noticed a lot of relief. Lately, I've also started feeling this soreness at the back of my throat, like there's some food stuck or something, even though there's no pain or trouble swallowing. Is it possible that this could be related to H. Pylori, and is it known to be difficult to treat? I'm just trying to figure out what's going on.
