Question

I've been having trouble breathing for the past two weeks, even though my chest X-ray and CT scan came back normal. I don't have a cough, but I occasionally find it really hard to breathe. I also have a mild fever and feel very tired. Can you help me understand what might be going on?

I'm having some trouble after using Kala hit spray on my balcony; I might've used too much. Ever since then, I've been having breathing problems and discomfort. I saw a cardiologist who ran several tests, like hemoglobin, thyroid, chest x-ray, and echo, but they all came back fine. Even with that, I'm still feeling uneasy and it's hard to breathe. I'm back home from corona isolation because I tested positive for asymptomatic COVID-19. I've been isolating since July 28th and now I'm in home quarantine. While I was in isolation, my blood oxygen levels never dropped below 97, and I never had a fever, just a bit of tiredness. Since yesterday, I've noticed I need to take a long breath every 45 minutes, but then I'm able to breathe normally and can do pranayam exercises without a problem. After a 6-minute walk, my blood oxygen level is still 99 and I haven't felt any chest congestion or cough. I'm currently taking Pehist syrup and vitamin C tablets. The doctor at the quarantine center said I'd be fine, but I'm worried. Could this be just anxiety, or should I be concerned since I can't stop thinking about it?

My mom is 65 and she's been dealing with a really bad cough for the past two months. We got an x-ray done, and the doctor said we need to do a CT scan. They found a nodule about 6.7mm by 6.2mm in the upper lobe of her right lung. It's non-calcified, and I'm really worried. Does this mean there's a high chance it could be cancer, or could it be something like bronchitis or pneumonia instead?
