I'm experiencing this strange cold minty sensation below my throat whenever I breathe in. Do you have any idea what might be causing this?

I'm dealing with osmf grade 2 and recently quit tobaccoits been about two months now and Im committed to staying off it for good. Lately, I've been feeling a burning sensation deeper down in my throat and it kind of feels like there are ulcers on the lower part of my tongue and throat.
