Question

I've been noticing some bleeding during my bowel movements and had a colonoscopy done today. I'm really concerned about the findings, which is why I'm reaching out. Do you think there's a way to treat these piles without surgery, maybe something like an Ayurvedic or natural remedy? Your advice would be really helpful.
