Question

I've been noticing yellow mucus when I sneeze, and it's weird because I don't actually have a cold right now. It's been a while, like three months, dealing with this stuffy nose. I'm a smoker and I've never had issues with my sinuses before. Should I be worried about this? What could be causing it?
