I'm 21 and recently, I've been having these awful symptoms like fever, headache, neck pain, and muscle strain for a few days now. My blood pressure was really high at one point, 160 over 100, but it's slightly better now at 140 over 70. I'm trying to figure out how much rosuvastatin I should be taking. I'm a diabetic and my blood sugar is managed with medication. I also have hypertension that's under control with medication. I'm not taking aspirin. Could you help me understand how many milligrams I need? Also, between rosuvastatin and atorvastatin, which one would be better for me?

I'm having this sharp pain in my chest, kind of in the middle but a little to the left, but it really only hits when I move my shoulder forward. Lately, I've also noticed this chest pain and feeling of unease when I'm lying down, though it seems to go away if I start walking or just stand up. I'm getting a bit worried.
