Question

I've been seeing white hair popping up on my scalp, beard, and chest, so I went to a dermatologist who recommended I take kerablak tablets and use altris gel. But I'm really just wondering if these are the right treatments for my issue. Plus, altris gel is pretty pricey, so I'm curious if there's a more affordable alternative out there. Any advice or suggestions?

Kerablak tablets, containing Amla extract, and Altris gel, containing Melanin-boosting agents, are commonly prescribed for promoting hair pigmentation and addressing premature graying; however, it's essential to note that results may vary and these treatments may not completely reverse graying; as for alternatives to Altris gel, you can discuss with your dermatologist other options like Minoxidil-based gels or serums, or natural alternatives like Coconut oil, Amla oil, or Rosemary essential oil, but always consult your doctor before making any changes to your treatment plan.
