I've developed this dark and rough skin on the sides of my nose, and while it doesn't itch much, it's been bothering me for about 3-4 months now. Lately, with all the work I've been doing, it's gotten worse and now it's on my buttocks too. Today, I found a painful bump in my groin area about the size of a nickel, and pus started coming out. I looked it up and it seems like it's a boil. I'm really worried and just want to get rid of the jock itch and this boil. What should I do?
