I've been struggling with this itching that turned into rashes, especially on my inner thighs and under my breast, for over a year now. It seems like ringworm because it itches so badly. Even after seeing a doctor and completing the treatment, the issue just keeps coming back. What could be causing this persistent problem and what should I do to finally get rid of it?
