Question
I've got this flaky skin inside my ear, and after I peeled it off, a clear liquid started coming out. It's a bit painful too. What could be causing this? Should I be worried, and how can I treat it?

A lump on the back of your tongue can be concerning. Possible causes: 1. Trauma or injury 2. Mucocele (mucous cyst) 3. Fibroma (benign tumor) 4. Papilloma (benign growth) 5. Leukoplakia (pre-cancerous lesion) Consult an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialist or an oral surgeon for a proper evaluation and diagnosis.
