I've got this little situation where my puppy, who's just a stray and about one and a half months old, accidentally nipped my thumb while I was feeding him. It wasn't a deep bite, just caught me for a split second, but it did break the skin a bit and I noticed a tiny bit of blood. It's been about 23 hours now, and there's no pain or bleeding anymore. I washed the area really well and put some antibacterial cream on it right away. Should I be worried about getting an injection for this, or am I good? Just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing here.

I took a testoviron injection yesterday and I'm not seeing any rashes, but the injection site is pretty painful. What should I do about this? Any advice would really help!

I'm feeling feverish on and off for the last couple of weeks, but every time I take my temperature, it's at 98.6. I'm really concerned because I had a fever in the morning, and after I took some medicine, it went away. But then it came back again in the afternoon and at night. Is this normal, or should I be worried about this recurring fever? Would you suggest anything different I should try or maybe a specific kind of medicine?
