I've got this painful sore on the roof of my mouth and it's making eating pretty difficult. It hurts whenever anything touches the sore. I've never dealt with this kind of sore before and I'm not sure what's causing it. There's a noticeable bright red spot in there. Can you tell me what this might be? What's going on here?
