I've got this pimple on my bum, and it's the third one already. The first two were really painful, and no tablets seemed to work on them, but they eventually went away. Now, this one's back, and the pain is awful. It's swelling more and more every day, and I can barely walk. Plus, my anus is hurting too. I've had bleeding twice, and it's painful when I'm sitting or using the bathroom. What should I do?
