I've got this problem with a rash in my groin area, and it's got tiny red pimples. The skin between my thighs and scrotum is torn and looks pretty red. It's been really itchy and has this burning sensation. I'm really looking for some home remedies to help with this. Also, can I still donate blood while dealing with this issue?
