I've got this small echogenic foci in my gallbladder that's 2.9mm and it's sticking to the anterior wall. My doctor suggested I take Nexpro RD40 capsules, and I've been on them for over 45 days. But every time I try stopping them, I get this burning feeling in my stomach. Any ideas on what I should do?

I've been dealing with nausea, stomach pressure, acidity, and weight loss even though I've been eating normally. Recently, after getting an upper endoscopy, they found I have antral gastritis and tested positive for H. pylori. So, I'm on Nexpro L, Gaviscon syrup, an H. pylori treatment kit, and a probiotic. It's been 8 days on these meds, with another week to go. While my symptoms have improved and I'm feeling better, I'm still dropping weight. I'm really confused and a bit worried why this is happening. Could it be because of the H. pylori infection? Once the treatment's over, will I be able to gain weight back? I used to weigh around 71 kg last year; now I'm down to 65.5 kg. I also have piles, and it's kind of freaking me out. How should I approach gaining weight again?

I've been dealing with IBS for the past 5 years, and honestly, it's been really tough. The symptoms like bowel discomfort, constipation, diarrhea, and constantly feeling like I need to go to the bathroom but can't, are just exhausting. I've done the endoscopy and colonoscopy, and my doctor confirmed it's IBS. They gave me some meds to try for 15 days, but unfortunately, I didn't feel any better. Is there any way to permanently treat this condition?

I've been dealing with these mouth ulcers on my tongue for a while now. I've tried using Clogen lozenges and some weekly antifungal meds for the past three months, but they're just not going away. I've even seen a dentist, and they couldn't find anything wrong. They clear up, but then they're back after a few days. I've also been taking Vitamin B supplements. Plus, Ive been having some digestion issueslike I constantly need to go to the bathroom to clear my bowels.
