Question
I've had this allergy on my hand for about three months now. Initially, it seemed really small, so I didn't pay much attention to it, but recently it's grown quite big. Should I be worried about it? What steps can I take to treat it, and is it normal for it to have gotten this much worse over time?

It sounds like you may have developed a skin infection or a severe allergic reaction. I recommend using a topical corticosteroid cream like Betamethasone 0.1% twice a day on the affected area. Additionally, taking an oral antihistamine like Cetirizine 10mg once daily can help with itching and inflammation. It is important to keep the area clean and dry, and avoid scratching to prevent further irritation. If the condition does not improve or worsens, please seek medical attention for further evaluation and management.
