Question

I've had chronic ITP since I was a kid and my platelets are usually low, like under 20000, but they've been stable at 80000 for a while now. I'm 23 and recently needed amoxicillin for a couple of weeks, which is when I started noticing some random bruising, like one on my thigh that's a few inches long. It's kind of freaking me out because I haven't experienced this in a bit and there are no other symptoms. Should I be worried about this?

I would advise you to visit the ER, it is likely that your platelets have dropped down to a dangerous level. So kindly go to the ER and get evaluated at the earliest and take the necessary treatment for it. Drink pappaya leaf juice which will help increase the level of platelets.
