Question
I've had this semi-circle shaped rash for about 45 days now, and it's red and itchy when I touch it. It's right between my neck and chest, and I'm noticing it might be getting a bit drier. Is this just a common skin issue, or should I be more concerned about it?

The semi-circle shaped skin rash that is red, itchy, and situated between your neck and chest for 4-5 days may be a case of ringworm, also known as tinea corporis. To treat this, you can use an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% twice a day for 2-4 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry. If the rash does not improve or worsens, it is advisable to consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.
