Question

I've noticed a big rash on the side of my neck, and I'm worried it might be caused by lizard urine getting on my skin. It's pretty uncomfortable and I'm not sure what to do about it. Could this really be the cause, and what should I do to treat it?

If you suspect a skin rash is caused by lizard urine, immediately wash the affected area with soap and water, then apply an antiseptic cream and a topical steroid cream to reduce inflammation; take an oral antihistamine to alleviate itching and seek medical attention if the rash worsens, spreads, or is accompanied by fever, swelling, or difficulty breathing.
