I've been feeling this full pain behind my upper lip and front teeth, and I've noticed that half of my right nasal passage feels congested. I'm really struggling with a post-nasal drip that's been giving me a sore throat for the last few days. It's making it so hard to sleep because of the pressure in my ear. I've tried stuff like Strepsils and gargling with salt water, which helps a bit but doesn't last. I've also been taking 5ml of Ambroxol Hydrochloride at night and added Ascoril LS as well as Maxtra P over the last couple of days since I thought maybe that's what's causing the sore throat. I don't have a runny nose, but I'm living in a place that gets dusty even with window filters. I'm a bit allergic too... Could all this dust and stuff be part of the problem? What else can I try for some more long-term relief?
