Question
I've noticed some small, painless bumps on the foreskin of my penis that don't itch or bother me at all. They've been there for over a year now, and Im just wondering what these might be. I've attached a photo for reference. Could you let me know what these bumps are?

May be Fordyce spots. Fordyce spots are harmless, small, yellow-white or skin-colored spots that can appear on the shaft of the penis, the labia, or the vermilion border of the lips. They are a type of ectopic sebaceous gland and are considered a normal variation. There is no specific treatment necessary for Fordyce spots, as they are benign and do not cause any symptoms. However, if you are concerned about the appearance or if they are causing you distress, you may consider consulting a dermatologist.
