I've noticed some small white spots on my penis foreskin, and I'm a bit worried about what they might be. I went to see a urologist, and he mentioned that it's not serious but might be related to dermatology. The thing is, it's hard to find a private dermatologist consultation around here. What could these spots be, and how should I go about getting them treated?
