Question

I've noticed a white patch on the skin of my penis, just under the head, and there are some small bumps that sometimes turn red. It's worrying me a bit because I'm not sure what's causing it. Could you give me some insight into what might be going on? Is this something I should be concerned about?

The symptoms you've described, including a white patch and small bumps on the penis skin that become red, may indicate a condition such as balanitis, a fungal or bacterial infection,to determine the cause and receive proper treatment, consult a urologist or a dermatologist, who may perform a physical examination, take a swab or biopsy, and prescribe topical or oral medications to address the underlying condition.
