I've put undiluted Dettol on the top of my penis to clean it, and now it's swollen. It doesn't hurt much, but it's pretty uncomfortable. What should I do to make the swelling go down?

Im a 23-year-old guy dealing with something unusual lately. My left testicle feels like it's vibrating, and occasionally the right one does too.
