if you are concerned about HIV, it is important to get tested for it. In the meantime, for shingles, you can take antiviral medications such as Acyclovir 800mg five times a day for 7-10 days to help reduce the severity and duration of the outbreak. Additionally, you can take over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen to help with any discomfort.
