Question

I've recently been diagnosed with shingles at 25, and I can't shake this worry after reading online that it might be a symptom of something more serious like HIV. Should I be concerned about this connection? Is there something specific I should look out for?

if you are concerned about HIV, it is important to get tested for it. In the meantime, for shingles, you can take antiviral medications such as Acyclovir 800mg five times a day for 7-10 days to help reduce the severity and duration of the outbreak. Additionally, you can take over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen to help with any discomfort.
