I've recently had a chest PA and it showed increased bronchovascular markings and a prominent hila. I'm kind of worried about what this means. Is it normal to see these in the results, or should I be concerned about any potential health issues?

I'm 21 and a couple of weeks back, I had a sore throat and cough. I took some antibacterial meds for a few days, but now I'm still coughing around 4-5 times a day with phlegm. I've been dealing with a dry cough lately, and in the mornings, I'm coughing up white sputum. I got tested for COVID, and it's negative. I've also had bronchitis for the past couple of years.
