I've recently had my armpits waxed and a few hours later I noticed some irritation. The skin turned red initially and now it's become really dark. I'm quite worried about how it looks. Its been several days without any improvement or lightening of these black patches. Could you suggest any solution for this?

He's tried using OTC creams like Monosol GM, but they just keep coming back and are starting to spread to nearby areas. It's super itchy and the red rashes are not going away.
