Question

I've recently noticed a small lump under my areola on my right breast, right next to the nipple. It's kind of like a hard ball and doesn't hurt when I touch it, but I can move it around a bit. I'm feeling under the weather with a cold right now. Could it be related, or should I be worried about something more serious?

My wife gave birth to our baby boy nearly two months ago, and just recently, I've noticed she's had a couple of nosebleeds and her right eye looks red. Could this be something serious? There's just a little spotting. I'm kind of worried. What should I do about this?

Now it's the fifth day post-IUI and I'm feeling mild cramping in my lower back and abdomen, similar to period cramps, but my period isn't due until September 4th. Should I be concerned about these symptoms or schedule a visit with my gynecologist?
